| Old School Gifts and Gallery Welcome to Old School Gifts in Superior, Montana. We started our store in December of 1999 with eight optimistic artists and craft folk. Word got out, and we now display and sell the creations of nearly fifty local artisans and craft folk. And what better place to have a shop than in a turn-of-the-century (20th), Colonial Revival brick school on the main street of town. (And yes, a number of our vendors learned a lot of what they know in this school!) So take a look at what they learned to make (then, and since), and hopefully you'll find something you like.
More about us...Old School Gifts is a consortium (for lack of a better word) of talented artists and craft folk who wanted a stable venue to display and sell their talent. Most of us were weary of traveling to distant (everything is distant in MT) towns to show off our goods at art and craft fairs. With a large classroom for our shop, we found a home. Several VERY dedicated ladies keep the shop open, Monday through Saturday from 11:00 to 5:00 p.m., (and they usually offer coffee and cookies). We have WAY too many items to show on this site, so we need to publish a catalogue. Until we do, though, we are listing and describing items in enough detail we hope to pique your interest. Better yet, we hope you get so curious about our shop that you come and see us! Until then, happy browsing... They also provide maps so you don't get lost coming to Superior...
